1.1 Automatically Collected
- Anonymous User ID - A unique identifier generated by Firebase Authentication for anonymous users.
- Task Data - Project names, task names, task status, and hierarchical structure you create within the App.
1.2 When You Sign In with Google
- Email Address - Used to identify your account.
- Display Name - Shown in the App interface.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Save and manage your task data.
- Sync data across your devices.
- Provide account management features (sign in, sign out, delete account).
We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following Google Firebase services:
- Firebase Authentication - For anonymous and Google sign-in.
- Cloud Firestore - For storing and syncing task data.
These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Security
- All data is transmitted over SSL/TLS encrypted connections.
- Data is stored on Google Cloud servers with Firebase security rules.
- Each user can only access their own data.
5. Your Rights
- Delete Your Data - You can delete your account and all associated data from Settings > Account Management > Delete Account.
- Clear Local Cache - You can clear locally cached data from Settings > Data Management.
- Sign Out - Google users can sign out at any time from Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
